Oyster Creek Phases and Maps

Phase 1 was started in 1990 and was completed around 1996. The homes are smaller (2/2 with 1,300 - 1,700 sqft. ), and many of them do not have a pool.

Phase 2 was started shortly after the first homes in Phase 1 were sold. The clubhouse and the golf course were put in place, and the lots around the golf course,  facing the nature preserves, and lakes were sold at a fast pace. The homes became bigger (3/2, some with 3-car garage) and many new homeowners opted for a pool.

Phase 3 was the final phase, and it was completed by the end of 2005. More single family homes and paired villas were added to the community.  The villas were added to attract homeowners who wanted to downsize. The size of the villas is with 1,300 - 1,700 Sq Ft  very moderate, and very few have a pool.
