Oyster Creek Phases and Maps

Phase 1 was started in 1990 and was completed around 1996. The homes are smaller (2/2 with 1,300 - 1,700 sqft. ), and many of them do not have a pool.

Phase 2 was started shortly after the first homes on Phase 1 were sold. The clubhouse and the golf course were put in place, and the lots around the course and facing the nature preserves and lakes were sold at a fast pace. The homes are bigger (3/2, some with 3-car garage) and many homes have a pool.

Phase 3 was a project of the late 90's, and it was completed around 2005. Single family homes and paired villas were added to the community. The villas are the newest addition.
